This course is designed for individuals who are new to yoga and wish to build a strong foundation in both physical postures and breathing techniques. Under the guidance of Acharya Shivratna, learners will explore essential yoga asanas that improve flexibility, strength, and posture. The course begins with simple warm-up exercises and gradually progresses to structured yoga routines suitable for daily practice.
A strong emphasis is placed on pranayama (breathing techniques), which plays a vital role in calming the mind, improving lung capacity, and enhancing overall vitality. Students will learn techniques such as Anulom Vilom, Kapalbhati, and Bhramari in a step-by-step manner.
This course also integrates mindfulness practices, helping individuals reduce stress, anxiety, and mental fatigue. By the end of the course, learners will be able to perform a complete daily yoga routine independently and experience improved physical and mental well-being.
